Godly Women Ministry of CCC 7th Year Parish London was establish within the Parish 26  years ago. It is a Ministry that received the support of the General Overseer of Rebisi group of Parishes who established 7th Year Parish Superior Evangelist Israel Ademola Haastrup of blessed memory.

This Ministry primarily aim to connect women with God, nourish their faith, and engage them in meaningful service in the church and the community.

We believe in transforming lives as we minister to the women.

In summary, the objectives of the fellowship are:

1) To empower and foster love among brethren

2) To include every woman of the church who is willing to cooperate in all its plans.

3)To promote a closer fellowship with Christ and His Church.

4)To be soul winners for Christ (Isaiah 61:1)

5)To stress the importance of Daily Bible Reading and Bible Study.

6)To visit and minister to the sick, lonely and the bereaved.

We strive not to miss out on anything that happens in the church; the preaching, teaching, worship, other ministries and most of all the outpouring of the anointing that comes from our Most High God. We wish to share with all women globally our Mission, Vision and Purpose. Members are encouraged, through inspiring and learning, through each others’ strengths and gifts.

Apart from our local activities ,we have also attend conferences, seminars and other events organised by other churches.

We also organise and participates in Prayer Meetings every Monday evening. This continue to grow as members are testifying to the goodness of God in their lives. We pray for growth in the area of attendance and spirituality.

We always celebrate our Annual inter-denominational Women Empowerment Programme  in May,  the second quarter of the year.

Although, the Pandemic and its lockdown measures initially restrained us from meeting in the church premises and reaching out but we are able to reach out via zoom and other digital mechanisms.

Further, our on-going efforts include  our women teaching the Word of God, offering prayers and glorifying God in every third Sunday of the month.

We continue to sustain our ministry financially from both individual’s purse and the church. We have funded some of our programs ourselves and assisted our sister the parish (7th Year, Parish 2) in funding some task such as the cleaning of the church. We also provided refreshment for the Christmas celebration of both Parishes 1 & 2.

Our Future Plans:

1)This year we hope to organise a food bank by the grace of God.

2) We also plan to have a quarterly soul uplifting Programmes in collaboration with the Evangelism Committee of the Church.

We appeal to our men to join our Programme in order to enjoy the awesomeness of God.

We invite more women to come and join us and become actively involved in this endeavour towards working and growing together in our Spiritual walk with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
